Customer’s Care!
When washing/curing an item, please carefully read the care labels attached in the inside of the garment. We advise you to not use the dryer for any of the items and either hand wash/wash on low temperature or dry clean the item. Each item is made with love, most of them a unique piece, so please threat them this way!

Local pick up
Do you live in Amsterdam? Come and pick up your package at our studio! At the checkout you simply just select the “local pick up” option and we shoot you a message to arrange a  time and date. Pick ups can be done between 12:00-12:30 from Tuesday till Thursdays.

Repairs
Up until 6 months after the purchase you can come by the studio with the item for small reparations. Imagine a button falling off or seam that has unfolded…

Online Orders
When placing an online order if the shipping address and billing address do not match you will be contacted via email by a member of our e-commerce team to provide proof of residency.

Returns
Due to the nature of our shop we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final, so if you have any questions about specific items, please feel free to contact us before purchase.We are not liable for packages after they have been dispatched.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped with PostNL. We ship our orders once a week before the weekends. Transit times do not include weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. If any product in your oder is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. baby reni is not responsible for shipping loss of theft.

We offer flat rate shipping of €6,75 on domestic orders within the Netherlands
Free domestic shipping on orders over €200

International shipping
€13,00 EU ZONE 1: Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France, (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden.
€18,00 EU ZONE 2: rest of Europe
